Try dives are an excellent way of finding out if learning to scuba dive is for you. One of our instructors will take the time to explain the equipment you will be using before taking you into the pool for your try dive session. By the end of the evening you will have a good appreciation of what its like to dive .

Sub-aqua diving is a sport that requires general physical fitness and good health. Anyone with a medical history of diabetes, blackouts, epilepsy, perforated eardrums, high blood pressure or heart disease, any lung or respiratory disorder( such as Asthma), serious ear or sinus problems or dependence on drugs, may not be able to dive safely and so MUST seek specialist advice before contemplating taking up this sport including a Try Dive
Try Dives are available on the understanding that the person taking part:
There is no upper age limit as long as you are medically fit. Minors aged 16 – 18 may also take a try dive with us but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who needs to sign the club’s Try Dive Form on their behalf. The club complies with British Sub Aqua Club Safeguarding Policies with regard to all try dives carried out with minors.
For marketing purposes we may take photos of training sessions for use on various media outlets, you will also need to complete Photography and Video consent form to state your wishes in relation to photographic material.
Important: You must complete and bring both of these forms with you to your Try Dive session.
